White Bear Lake Schools has a computerized meal payment system that assigns a special 'pin" number to each student. This is like a pre-paid credit card. Parents deposit money into their student's account and students will enter their pin number to pay for all purchases.

If your student has graduated or has moved out of the District, please complete the Request for Refund form. If you would like money transferred to a sibling, please indicate so on the form. If remaining balance is less than $5.00 please call 651-407-7524. Paper copies of the form may also be found in your child's school office or kitchen. Meal accounts can be accessed online through FeePay. Follow the instructions below to set up an account.

- You will need your student(s) ID number. This is different than their lunch pin number. Please contact the school office if you are unsure or need to verify.
ATTENTION PARENTS - Meal account balances displayed in FeePay are updated only on evenings when school is in session. FeePay may not display the new account balance until the evening of the next school day.
